customer satisfaction based on results from Facility Engineering &
Management (FEM) Customer Satisfaction Survey for 6 years in a row. I am actively
involved in the FEM Quality experience by writing sections of the department
application for the past Chairman’s Quality Award (CQA) based on the Malcolm
